BRIEF/THE CHALLENGE

Dishwasher owners seem to believe that the dishwashers do everything by themselves: washing, cleaning after washing and protecting itself from hard water. How to change such attitude and increase the sales of such wide SCOPE of dishwasher-focused products from Finish?

IDEA

Not using protecting products in a dishwasher is a true crime and penalty for it is often the need to repair one. And furthermore, going back to old way of washing with hands.

We’ve conducted an investigation that revealed the painful truth and pointed out the guilty part. 

EXECUTION/ACTIVITY

The detectives were brought to life by known among target group bloggers and influencers.

In short videos they revealed the mystery behind crimes and pointed out who is guilty. Additionally we published on their blogs series of short, criminal-like stories that added to the general atmosphere of the campaign. We’ve also educated people with another series of articles about how to properly use dishwashers.

RESULTS/EFFECTS

Published on YouTube videos with bloggers were watched few millions times, and knowledge was spread by influencers to thousands of soon-to-be clients of Finish.
